My name is Bridgette Jerome Patterson and I live in Filer, Idaho. I am a retired online adjunct instructor for BYU-Idaho, where I taught Communication and Pathway. I also worked there for several years as a “temporary” curriculum designer.

I was raised in Ferron, Utah. As an adult I’ve lived in Medford, Oregon; Woodburn, Oregon; Wilsonville, Oregon; Pueblo West, Colorado; Pueblo, Colorado; Chandler, Arizona; Pleasant Grove, Utah, and Rexburg, Idaho.

My hobbies include genealogy, photography, digital painting, Cricut art, blogging, web development and design, digital imaging, writing, history, reading, and quilting.

Once you get to know me you will know that I love my Norwegian Heritage. Rounding up, I’m half Norwegian. I’m working on adding a family history page where I’ll talk more about this!

My husband, Keith, is also retired. He worked for BYU-Idaho from 1990 – 2019. Upon retirement he was an associate dean for the College of Business and Communication, and he taught Accounting. Keith is currently the bishop of the Crystal Springs Ward in Filer, Idaho. He is my best friend and soul-mate.

Keith and I have a blended family. He has 6 kids, and I have 3. We raised the all together since they were young, and now they are all grown now and having kiddos of their own. We have 26 grandchildren!
